09.11.2017 at 13.30 A meeting of the Working Group on Regional Development Funds took place.
The participants discussed the web portal being created for Regional Development Funds. Participants offered recommendations for improvement. There were several proposals for finding a web portal, either on the website of the Ministry of Economy of the Kyrgyz Republic, or on the basis of the transcom storage. Representatives of the working group suggested considering several options for hosting the web portal on different servers. The participants also discussed the sustainability of the web portal and finding additional sources for the content of the web portal. PF “Nash Vek”, as previously, proposed to find opportunities and make changes and additions to the Model Regulations “On the formation of Regional Development Funds” in terms of allocating 0.1%, or to calculate the interest on servicing the web portal from the allocated administrative expenses of the Federal Reserve.
We discussed the importance of promoting these initiatives, and further discussing and improving the activities of Regional Development Funds.
